Ever since Urbanowicz Jewelers opened in Caste Village, our family have been regular customers... from buying beautiful new jewelery to needing various jewelry repairs. Joe and his team went above and beyond in completing an order for our family. Our youngest daughter's marriage took place on a Saturday Sept 17. Due to the rapidly failing health of their beloved Grandmother, the Sat prior to the wedding, her sisters decided to get engraved lockets and ... chains to wear at the wedding in Gram's honor, since she couldn't be there. Joe and his team worked a minor miracle in our opinion. Between Monday when the girls made their decision, and Friday morning, Team Urbanowicz ordered the 5 Beautiful lockets and chains ; got all 5 engraved with a meaningful phrase Gram loved, and completed delivery to suburban Chicago on Friday am, in time to get to the destination wedding on Sat.
