At PittsburghDiamonds.com we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discovery. As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as two business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our 7-day return policy, detailed below.
Payment & Shipping
All jewelry ships within 2 business days following receipt of full payment via UPS insured ground shipping; expedited overnight and 2-day shipping is also available at your upcharge. Your shipping charge is determined by your delivery zip code. Same-day shipping is available, please email ahead of time to assure there are no delays or miscommunications. For ring sizings or other alterations, please allow 5 business days for item to ship, and remember, customized, sized, or altered items are not returnable.
In-store pick-up is always available.
Security/Insurance Protection When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information. All packages are fully insured at no additional charge to you and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! With the exception of sized or altered items and custom orders, we are happy to offer a 7-day, money-back guarantee on all our jewelry-applies to internet sales only.
If you have any questions, you can call customer service at 724-942-9885 Mondays through Fridays, 10:00am until 5:30 pm EST, or email at urb8@comcast.net . We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product through the mail for a refund or replacement.:
Returns are easy.
- You will need the original order number. Log into your account by clicking on the "My Account" button. Find your order by order date or order number and select it. Then select "Click here for printable copy of your invoice".
- Please make note of why the item is being returned. You can simply write this on the invoice you include inside the package.
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories.
- Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage.
- All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
